It’s All About Me…

‘Who am I?’… always a tricky question to answer isn’t it?

But hey, who doesn’t like a challenge…

Me

Tara Steele head shot Web Design and Writing in Hinckley Leicestershire

I’m Tara Steele.

This is a picture of me. Actually it’s a picture of me from over three years ago, I really need to get a new one.

I’m a mum of two little girls, a passionate writer and a website creator.

The things I love most in life are my daughters and family (well, duh!), my amazing friends, writing, reading, science fiction, chocolate, cake, coffee, Columbo, designing websites and airports.

I just read that back and should clarify, I love designing websites AND I love airports. I’ve never designed an airport.

website creation, article writing, blog writing, seo,
first class law degree (2018), children’s fiction,
graphic design, ghostwriting,
special interests: ai safety; effective altruism; longtermism

My Children’s Fiction Stories

How to be a Superhero childrens fiction writing by Tara C Steele

You can read a bit more about my books here.

How to be a Superhero (and Change the World)! is a powerful and fun short story for kids. I originally wrote it for my elder daughter, with an aim to combine her love of space and sci-fi with a message about how much power we all have to impact the world and help people.

What transpired has been described as a “Dr Who meets Sliding Doors tale” of an alien who comes to Earth to show a little boy what a huge difference he can make, and how his actions create a powerful ‘ripple’ effect.

You can read some of the wonderful and kind positive feedback I have received for my children’s fiction here, and about the fiction and non-fiction books I have coming in 2024 here.

And that’s that!

I hope that you’ve enjoyed reading the content on my website, and love reading my books!

If you’d like to read some more of my writing, you can just hop on over to the blog.

I’m a big sci-fan fan, so it’s mainly that kind of thing over there… if you’d like to know more about my SEO based writing or commercial and affiliate content, please just hop over to my Writing page.

And, for website design, head over here!

Oh, and since I’ve been asked a few times now!… If you’re wondering why I write under Tara ‘C’ Steele rather than just Tara Steele, it is entirely down to the fact that I could not get the domain name for the latter, so I decided to roll with it.

Thank you for visiting – if you’d like to get in touch, just fill out the form below…

I look forward to hearing from you…
